Delete Your Account and Data

Delete from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is in the app itself:

• Open the QaiS app and sign in.
• Go to More → Settings.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, or you have already removed the app, email us and we will delete the account for you:

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we remove:

• Your user profile: name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and job details.
• Your sign-in credentials and any linked Google or Apple sign-in.
• All active sessions and devices, including saved push-notification tokens.
• Your biometric app-lock settings (these are stored on your device and never sent to us).
• Your location history collected for clock-in and attendance.

What your employer keeps

QaiS is workplace software. Each company owns the workspace its team works in, so some records stay with that company after your personal account is gone:

• Messages you sent to shared channels and conversations, and files you uploaded to them, remain in the workspace for the colleagues who received them. They are no longer linked to a live account.
• Work records such as tasks, projects, tickets, invoices, expenses, and approvals stay with the company that owns them.
• Records we are legally required to retain, including payroll, tax, and audit history, are kept for as long as the law requires and then deleted.

If you want your messages or files removed as well, ask your workspace administrator, who can delete that content directly. You can also email us at the address above and we will pass the request on.
